Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday
  • Our daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM PST
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

Standard Ground Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 6–9 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days from the date of purchase

All delivery estimates run Monday through Friday and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays or sale events.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $169.00 — flat rate of $7.99
  • Orders of $169.01 and above — free shipping, no code needed

Where We Ship

Fableyn currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

We work with a network of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email within 2–5 business days. Use this to follow your delivery in real time directly through the carrier's website.

If your tracking is not updating or appears to be stuck, do not worry — please reach out to us at info@fableyn.shop, and we will look into it straight away.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

As Fableyn ships within the United States only, customs fees and import duties do not typically apply to domestic orders. However, if any applicable state or local taxes are applied to your order, these will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take full responsibility for the condition your order arrives in. If your package arrives damaged or broken:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately
  • Email us at info@fableyn.shop with your order number and photos
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and arrange a return, replacement, or exchange — whichever works best for you

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
