Refund policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right. Please read through this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Fableyn, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns initiated without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt
  • Returned within the 14-day window from the date of delivery

How to Start a Return

  • Redirect to our Returns Hub with your order number and reason for return
  • Attach your proof of purchase and clear photos of the item — these are required for your request to be reviewed
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  • Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent directly to your email address
  • Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed

Please note: returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Shipping Fee

  • Return shipping is a flat fee of $5.00 — no hidden charges, no surprises
  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Fableyn covers the full return shipping cost at no charge to you

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Submit a return from Returns Hub within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Our team will respond promptly and resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method — the same card or account used at checkout
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. To get a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Exchanges are available for in-store purchases only, within the standard return window, provided the item is in its original unworn condition with proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately at info@fableyn.shop. Once this window has passed, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied after an order has been placed. If a discount code was not applied at checkout, we are unable to retroactively adjust the order total or issue a refund for the difference.

No Restocking Fees

Fableyn does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns. What you see is what you get — a flat $5.00 return shipping fee and nothing else.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
